MIND SESSION:
Tarot + Positive Mindset Coaching

Embark upon an intense, intuitive Q&A with the cards meant to shift your mindset around a specific situation using Tarot + Life Coaching + Positive Mindset Shifts.

MIND sessions begin with a 10-13 Tarot/oracle card reading on your chosen topic, question, or relationship. After the initial cards have been discussed, Michelle will then guide you to dissect your feelings on the situation as it stands, discuss any actions you might take to maintain or change the current scenario, and pull any additional cards needed to clarify or strengthen your perspective on the future.

Online MIND Sessions take place via Zoom at a pre-scheduled time chosen during your purchase. All online sessions include a video recording of your reading sent via email within a few hours of conclusion.
In-Person MIND Sessions take place at The Collective Yoga Co-op studio in Chicago and can be made available for an additional $50 fee. Please note that in-person sessions do not include a recording of your reading and may need to be changed based on the studio’s schedule.
All sessions require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without an additional fee.

BODY sessions begin with a brief discussion of any physical, mental, or emotional ailments you want to address. You’ll then settle in for 20-30 minutes of Reiki to relax your body & align your energy followed by a 5-10 minute “Reiki recap” that includes a rundown of what’s happening in your chakras + personalized full-body healing advice from Michelle’s background as a certified yoga instructor and holistic health coach.

SOUL sessions vary greatly based on the participant.
Every session involves opening the participant’s Akashic Records before the session begins. During this preparatory period, Michelle will gather the story of a relevant soul archetype or past life meant to hold resonance and advice for the participant this lifetime.
Once the 1:1 session begins, the information gathered will be presented in full as a catalyst for discussion on the symbols, messages, and relationship connections to current life circumstances. The remainder of the reading unfolds as needed, utilizing further divination tools such as Tarot, distance Reiki, or psychic mediumship to clarify the intention and lessons found within the original Akashic story.
